Job description

Overview

Role Overview

Intuit is undergoing a major transformation to modernize, unify, and scale our global partner ecosystem. The Global Partner Program (GPP) is our unified GTM framework designed to standardize enrollment, tiering, commercial benefits, and support experiences for all partner tracks—including Accountants, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Developers, and ISVs—under a single platform: the Intuit Partner Suite (IPS).

As Manager, Partner Program Operations, you will build and lead the team that runs GPP day to day: partner onboarding and lifecycle, tiering and incentives, tier-aware support, co-sell protection, and the governance that holds it all together. You will own the redefined Sales Ops remit for GPP — the single interface into Systems/Engineering, BRD and SOP ownership, incentive and automation design, and the unified operating rhythm that keeps Partner Program and Sales aligned. This is a ground-floor role: you will hire, coach, and grow a small team while standing up the operating model itself.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build & Lead the Team: Hire, onboard, and manage a small mixed team of FTEs and contract workers; set priorities, coach for growth, and size the team against the GPP staffing model as scope scales.

  • Own GPP Operations End to End: Be accountable for all aspects of partner program operations — onboarding & lifecycle, performance & tiering, tier-aware support, co-sell & lead protection, benefits & incentives, and governance & exceptions — ensuring policy, process, and systems stay in lockstep.

  • Redefine the Sales Ops Remit for GPP: Own the transition of steady-state technical execution from PMO to this team; be the single point of accountability for BRD/SOP ownership, incentive and automation design (wholesale billing, PRM mechanics, MDF), and the unified operating model.

  • Program & Incentive Ops: Own the execution of partner tiering, segmentation, comp plans, and rules of engagement — operationalizing GPP even as supporting tooling catches up.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Represent Partner Program Operations with GPP Program Design, Partner Sales, Data and Systems Engineering , Enablement, Finance, and Legal.

  • Launch Readiness: Drive the team's execution against the Global Partner Program's launch and the ongoing migration of legacy partners onto the new platform.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Operations Leadership: 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Partner/Channel Operations, or a related field.

  • People Management: 2+ years of people management experience, or demonstrated experience building and leading teams, contractors, or cross-functional programs.

  • Zero-to-One Builder: Proven experience standing up or scaling an operations function from the ground up — process, systems, and team, in that order.

  • Technical Fluency: Comfort owning technical/systems-adjacent scope (BRDs, PRM/CRM platforms, automation) without being an engineer — you translate between business and technical teams.

  • Program Rigor: Strong analytical and program-management discipline — able to run a multi-workstream operating cadence (WBR/QBR) and hold cross-functional partners accountable.

  • Executive Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with credibility to influence senior leaders (VP level and above) and engineering partners alike.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Global Partner Program-style tiered partner ecosystems (VAR, reseller, ISV, or developer programs).

  • Familiarity with PRM platforms (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, ZiftONE), incentive/compensation systems (Varicent), and deal-desk/quoting tools.

  • Experience managing a blended team of FTEs and contract workers.

  • Prior experience in a SaaS, fintech, or subscription business.
