Position Summary
Serve as the First Officer in an elite private aviation environment where precision, teamwork, and discretion are paramount. In this role, you will support the Captain in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of advanced aircraft, collaborate closely with a professional crew, and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for discerning clientele.
You will assist in navigating diverse domestic and international routes, respond swiftly to changing conditions, and help maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. Minimum Requirements
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking experienced pilots who are ready to rise to the challenge and have:
  • Expert Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.
  • Proven Experience: 2,500 hours total fixed-wing time, including 500 hours as Pilot in Command, 500 hours Multi-Engine, 100 hours Turbo-Jet
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
  • Global Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • License Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Main Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
  • Support with Confidence: Assist in all assigned flights by collaborating closely with the Pilot in Command, contributing to critical decisions that ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Deliver Excellence: Maintain thorough knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate precisely, manage flight plans effectively, and adapt to changing conditions, helping to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside the Captain to gain experience and develop skills necessary for future leadership roles, fostering a strong team environment.
  • Champion Safety & Compliance: Perform duties related to the TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required under applicable security programs. Conduct or assist with passenger safety briefings, actively promote open communication on safety concerns, report hazards promptly, and uphold Jet Aviation's commitment to a secure environment. Record and report all aircraft discrepancies as they occur.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist in managing trip documentation, maintaining aircraft manuals, and completing accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
  • Represent the Brand: Embody Jet Aviation's professionalism and dedication, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service at every opportunity.
