About the role:
As a Global Product Manager for PICCs within BD's Medical Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit, you will lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and global commercialization of the PICCs portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, market expansion, and clinical adoption of vascular access solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations, and regional marketing teams to define and execute product strategies aligned with the mission to advance the world of health™. Your leadership will ensure BD's PICC portfolio remains clinically relevant, competitively positioned, and responsive to evolving customer needs across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global product strategies and marketing plans for the PICC portfolio.
  • Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with regional teams to support product launches, training, and promotional activities.
  • Drive portfolio optimization, including product line rationalization and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or life sciences; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to market trend analysis, customer insights, and competitive landscape assessments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree
  • Moderate understanding of vascular access, infusion therapy, or related clinical environments.
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Science
