About the role
Miebach Consulting is seeking a Client Success Lead, Supply Chain to support the growth and management of client relationships across our North American operations. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who combines industry expertise with strong relationship-building skills and is interested in expanding their responsibilities in client management, business development, and long-term account growth.
As a Client Success Lead, you will work closely with consulting teams and senior account leaders to strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities to expand Miebach's services, and support the successful delivery of consulting engagements. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients, helping ensure alignment between client objectives and Miebach's capabilities while driving long-term partnership success.
This position offers the opportunity to develop strategic client management skills while working with leading organizations across industries such as consumer goods, life sciences, retail, fashion and apparel, manufacturing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders across operational, managerial, and executive levels
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and support overall account growth initiatives
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, supply chain challenges, and strategic priorities
  • Partner with consulting teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes
  • Support the development and execution of client success and account growth plans
  • Conduct regular client touchpoints to assess satisfaction, identify challenges, and uncover opportunities for additional value creation

Business Development and Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional consulting and engineering services
  • Support proposal development, client presentations, and commercial discussions
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to position Miebach solutions that address client needs
  • Contribute to business development activities including networking, industry events, and market outreach
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging client opportunities
  • Help drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing client partnerships

Project Collaboration
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery
  • Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and strategic planning discussions
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal consulting teams
  • Help identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities throughout project execution
  • Support the transition from project delivery to long-term client relationship management

Industry Development
  • Develop expertise within one or more target industries, including CPG, life sciences, retail, fashion and apparel, manufacturing, or logistics
  • Stay current on supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Contribute to thought leadership, client workshops, and industry presentations
  • Represent Miebach professionally within the marketplace and industry associations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in supply chain consulting, logistics, operations, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, or related fields
  • Experience working directly with clients, customers, vendors, or external stakeholders
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
  • Understanding of supply chain operations and business processes
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop solutions in partnership with technical and consulting teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 40-50%

Preferred
  • Experience within a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment
  • Exposure to account management, client success, business development, sales support, or commercial activities
  • Experience contributing to proposals, RFP responses, or client presentations
  • Knowledge of supply chain network design, warehousing, transportation, automation, or systems implementation
