About the Opportunity


As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Program Manager (F/M) to join our Program Management team.

In this role, you will lead customer development programs from RFQ through industrialization and serial production. Acting as the central point of coordination between customers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with customer expectations and automotive quality standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage international automotive projects while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and Sales teams to deliver successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Customer Projects

  • Manage customer projects from RFQ through production launch and serial life.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and budgets.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, cost and timing.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions.


Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Sales.
  • Lead project reviews and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
  • Manage engineering changes and support continuous project improvement.


Deliver Business Performance

  • Drive APQP activities and support flawless product launches.
  • Monitor project financial performance and ensure budget compliance.
  • Support technical and commercial decision-making during customer negotiations.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives by capturing customer needs and market trends.


Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive project management or customer program management, preferably within a Tier-1 supplier.
  • Good understanding of automotive product development processes, including APQP and industrialization.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in an international environment.
  • Strong project planning, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial awareness with the ability to monitor project budgets and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional English is mandatory. Fluent in spanish - preferred
