Job description

Bridget Killen from Robert Half is partnering with an employer to find an Accounting Clerk with experience processing accounts payable invoices in a high-volume environment. Based on general knowledge.


Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of AP invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor and internal accounts payable inquiries
  • Maintain organized records and support month-end AP activities
