What You’ll Do

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our payables process — making sure vendors are paid on time, invoices are accurate, and everything flows through the system seamlessly.

Your typical day might include:

  • Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approval.
  • Ensuring payments are made correctly and on time.
  • Assisting with month-end close by posting transactions to ledgers and journals.
  • Responding to vendor and internal inquiries — with patience, professionalism, and a smile.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and payment records for accuracy.
  • Preparing and filing compliance documents (including 1099s) and keeping W9s up to date.
  • Suggesting improvements to make our AP process more efficient and user-friendly.
  • Supporting special projects and stepping in wherever needed.
  • And of course — showing 100% attendance and modeling our company values of teamwork, accountability, and compassion every day.

What You’ll Bring
