Assistant Director of Nursing - RegalCare at Glen Ridge

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations within a skilled nursing facility.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual resident needs.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor resident health status and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing personnel.

Qualifications:
