Project Manager – Lead High-Value Commercial Glazing and Glass Installations


Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 to $85,000+ per year plus Performance Based Bonus.
  • Location: Sheridan, CO
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal leader for Skyline Glass, Inc., driving the successful execution of complex commercial glazing projects from submittals to final installation. This role offers the autonomy to manage high-stakes builds while benefiting from a family-oriented culture that rejects the corporate mentality. You will have a direct impact on company growth by optimizing project workflows and fostering long-term client relationships.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Execute initial construction submittals and approve shop drawings to ensure absolute technical accuracy before fabrication.
  • Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery within strict budget constraints.
  • Analyze site conditions by measuring window openings on-site and collaborating with General Contractors to verify architectural compliance.
  • Manage project manpower and material procurement to maximize efficiency and maintain profitability for every contract.
  • Direct communication between shop fabricators and field supervisors to streamline fabrication schedules and site deliveries.
  • Evaluate completed jobs and identify cost trends to assist leadership in process improvement and future estimating efforts.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, lead glazing, or glazing estimating.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for project documentation and tracking.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with authority when interfacing with clients and field crews.
  • Strong organizational skills with a diligent approach to task follow-through and deadline management.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency with industry software including Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Glazier Studio and Textura.
  • Experience in mentorship or collaborative review of peer measurements and takeoffs.
  • Willingness to identify and suggest improvements for existing operational procedures.
