What You'll Do:
As a Bartender, you're the first face our guests see. You'll be:
  • Making every guest feel welcomed and fabulous
  • Managing the front desk with confidence

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients to create a positive first impression
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client's entire visit
  • Promote and sell retail hair care products with confidence and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the front desk and retail area
  • Assist with restocking inventory and keeping supplies replenished and accessible
  • Answer phone calls professionally and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Use strong time management skills to help ensure smooth, on-time salon operations

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily salon operations
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred
  • Confident phone etiquette and clear communication for booking and client interactions
