IT Manager - Engineering Services will lead and expand our enterprise CAD/BIM and GIS programs. This leadership role will build upon the technologies, standards, and workflows that support project delivery across multiple engineering and project controls disciplines and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Capability Ownership
  • Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for assigned IT capabilities for Engineering and Geospatial Data (GIS).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional programs to enhance, modernize, or optimize platforms.
  • Facilitate a team of delivery subject matter experts across divisions.
  • Promote consistency and efficiency across all divisions and disciplines.
  • Lead adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

GIS & Engineering Technology Leadership
  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for the collection, processing, management, and integration of:
    • GIS datasets
    • LiDAR data
    • Point clouds
    • BIM datasets
    • Photogrammetry products
    • Digital terrain models
  • Ensure proper integration of GIS and BIM data into relevant PMIS, Engineering or relevant workflows.
  • Support project teams in selecting the appropriate technology, software, and equipment for project-specific applications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for delivery and geospatial technology initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance, calibration, licensing, upgrades, and replacement planning.
  • Help position the company as a leader in engineering technology, geospatial services, and digital project delivery
