• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique situation and needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing appropriate modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed approaches.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients while continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options that are convenient and accessible, ensuring that clients receive care regardless of their circumstances.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate effective treatment continuity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, dealing primarily with individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With a commitment to empowering clients, you will help guide them toward healthier coping strategies and improved quality of life.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities to create trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client populations.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities in a telehealth setting.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote therapy environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Experience in working with trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic specialties.
