Own your own business as a multi-line independent Gift sales rep selling to retailers in the US. Road Runners is a reputable multi-line rep agency representing leaders in the gift, jewelry, personal care, paper and fashion industries. Road Runners is looking for a results-driven candidate who will continue to sell top lines with a well-established retail account base as well as target potential customers in territory. Ideal candidate will have established relationships with Gift, Toy, Home, Fashion, and Museum Retailers. We operate three showrooms in both the AmericasMart, Dallas Market Center, and International Market Center. We have been in business over 25 years and continue to grow.   • Assess current customers needs and provide sources to expand current product offering
  • Develop and execute a โ€œcold-callingโ€ strategy to target potential new customers
  • Ensure quality service and high customer satisfaction through availability and consistency
  • Respond and effectively communicate with manufacturers and vendors
  • Frequently cross-sell other Road Runners lines to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on discontinued products, new trends, and top sellers
  • Connect customersโ€™ needs with creative and fast solutions
  • Attend bi-annual regional trade shows to connect with customer base and sell new items (Approximately week-long show)

We offer a higher than industry standard commission structure as well as no cap on earnings. This is a 1099 independent contract position.
