A day in the life...
  • Assist customers with card services account inquiries and payments, gift packaging and a variety of other services such as package and coat check
  • Help the store meet its sales goals by connecting customers to sales people and through promotion of Nordstrom products, services and events such as the Nordstrom Rewards program and gift cards
  • Provide customers and employees with area information and directions
  • Support store operations by being a general store resource for customers and employees and making deliveries
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
