GIFT SHOP ATTENDANT
Location: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
The Marriott Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes
Shift: Mixed Shifts/Part time
Job Description:
Gift shop attendants provide exceptional service for our guests, process cash and card transactions, keep the gift shop stocked, tidy and organized, and perform other related duties.
Gift shop attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests always
* Maintains the daily operation of the gift shop within the guidelines of retail operating procedures
* Assists guests by suggesting products based on immediate needs and upselling products
* Sweep, dust, clean and organize merchandise and gift shop
* Promptly report or resolve any guest complaints or issues in the store
*Report any unsafe work conditions
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members
* Responsibility, reliability, and honesty
* Strong attention and care to details
* Teamwork and collaboration
* Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
