Job description

Storey Lake Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Concierge! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the member journey, attending to member reservation requests
  • Promote the resort's facilities and area attractions
  • Maintain knowledge of all F&B outlets on property including their menus and reservation requirements
  • Ensure members are aware of all upcoming member events
  • Serve as a local information source for members
  • Provide information about special events within the resort and surrounding area
  • Answer all incoming calls to the guest service desk
  • Assist members with various services such as making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, and gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangements
  • Assist members with questions and concerns, make suggestions, and identify possible solutions
  • Manage flow of the member area
  • Monitor business volume forecast and plan accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity costs, and other expenses
  • Communicate any changes or new policies and procedures to the department
  • Coordinate the entire member journey, including communication of members and round service
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all activities available on property
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Maintain a professional standard at Storey Lake Club including appearance, interaction with members, associates, and guests, verbal discussions, and written correspondence
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
