Job Description

The Coordinator - Customer Incentives is a generalist and will work with both the Gift Card and Pizza Concierge Teams.  This team member will manage the Gift Card Mailbox, provide marketing support to Gift, and manage internal Gift Card requests.   This team member will also help develop & implement marketing support to drive Pizza Concierge sales and serve as back-up to PC Coordinators in key sales periods which could include some weekend/holiday coverage. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES      

(70%) Domino's Gift Card Program Coordinator

  • Manage Domino's Gift Card Mailbox
    • Review/approve new direct-buy customer applications from B2B portal; company information search as needed along with follow-up communication
    • Provide B2B customer support, order and payment assistance as needed
    • Process & fulfill orders for select B2B customers based on customer requirements along with processing payments as needed
    • Handle customer care inquiries (card source, balance inquiries, redemption history)
  • Marketing Support & Review
    • Lead development & execution of 1st party promotions for in-store & dom.com
    • Review/approve Domino's branding within merchant ads & signage for marketing and promotional material.  Review for proper use of name, card art and any related imagery as well as proper use of registration marks and related disclaimers
  • Process internal department gift card orders & assist with DOMGC invoicing
    • Process and fulfill internal orders in a timely manner and provide detailed weekly summaries to Finance for tracking and billing
    • Review and process for payment all DOMGC invoices through Ariba

(30%) Pizza Concierge Marketing Coordinator and Order Processing Support

  • Assist in development & implementation of marketing initiatives to identify new customers and drive sales for PC by working with internal stakeholders and agency partners
    • Develop & manage marketing campaign calendar
    • Develop & coordinate paid & organic social media posts
  • Serve as back-up role to support PC Coordinators in key sales periods and periodic weekends
    • Use of Pizza Concierge Ordering Tool for order processing and review for accuracy
    • Proactively communicate orders status with customers and PC Team Lead
    • Phone support for our business customers and store team members calling with questions or clarification
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/data manipulation knowledge and skills; Experience in social media advertising a plus
  • Proven experience in customer service and building & maintaining relationships
  • Detail oriented, analytical with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Role requires occasional travel- weekend and/or evening & holiday work will be required
