GI Pathology Locums Job Wisconsin September 2026 Start & Ongoing

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a trusted health system in Wisconsin seeking GI Fellowship-Trained Pathology locum tenens coverage beginning September 2026. This opportunity offers a strong GI pathology focus with excellent onsite support and no call responsibilities.

Assignment Details/Requirements:

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
  • No weeknight or weekend call
  • GI Fellowship strongly preferred
  • Board Certification or truly Board Eligible required
  • Case mix: 75% GI Pathology / 25% General Surgical Pathology
  • Academic GI biopsies and complex GI cases
  • Average volume: 30-40 cases/day at community site; higher volume when covering GI biopsies
  • Other pathologists onsite
  • Pathologist Assistant onsite
  • Full laboratory support including Histotechs
  • Frozen section interpretation required
  • Grossing support provided
  • Open to multiple locum physicians if needed
