They are responsible for setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal, plastic, or wood parts according to technical drawings and specifications. These operators play a crucial role in the German manufacturing and engineering sectors, ensuring high-quality production standards. In addition to technical skills, they must also follow strict safety protocols and often work closely with engineers and quality control teams.

Familiarity with programming languages like G-code, as well as experience using CAD/CAM software and machine control systems, is often required. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong teamwork skills help ensure efficient and accurate production. These competencies are crucial for maintaining high manufacturing standards, minimizing errors, and supporting productivity in a precision-driven environment.
