About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Your work will not involve voice cloning of any kind - just professional performance and expert evaluation that makes AI sound more human.

What You'll Do
  • Record professional-grade German voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, tonal quality, and emotional expression
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
  • Review and suggest adjustments to scripts to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
  • Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Native or near-native fluency in German with strong command of pronunciation and natural speech patterns
  • Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or other performance-based audio work
  • Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
  • Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and clearly articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
  • Naturally detail-oriented when it comes to evaluating nuance in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
  • No AI or tech background required
