Description
We are currently seeking a People Engagement Project Assistant to join our Atlanta, GA, office (RÖDL USA Headquarters!). As a key member of the People Engagement Promoters Team ("PEP Team"), you will serve as a generalist with an emphasis in the areas of learning and training, employee and intern development, onboarding processes, and other employee-focused initiatives. You will also support campus recruiting efforts to continue the growth of the firm!

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee coordination of team trainings, both on-site and virtually, and tracking of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) certificates
  • Assist with the onboarding process for all employees, starting with key communications prior to and on their first day
  • Organize the internship program review cycles during and at the end of the internship
  • Support campus recruiting efforts, including attending career fairs, screening student candidates, and organizing the Firm's annual Summer Leadership Program
  • Work with fellow PEP Team members to celebrate holidays and other special days throughout the year by coordinating in-office events

Must Have Qualifications:
  • An excellent team player who is looking to ACHIEVE TOGETHER in line with our Firm motto
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with an outgoing personality
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and detail-oriented

Your Background:
  • 2+ years of experience in People Engagement or Human Resources functions
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area
  • Demonstrated experience delivering leadership and professional development programs
  • Comfortable working with people across cultures, teams, and experience levels
  • Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Paylocity, HubSpot, Recruiting, and L&D platforms are a plus
