We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the daily operation of the hotel and contribute to the continued success of the resort.
 
The role:
 
The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service, financial performance and operational excellence.
 
The role works closely with department heads and corporate teams to foster an engaged culture, develop talent and continuously enhance the guest experience.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
  • Lead the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction across all departments.
  • Inspire, coach and develop department heads and operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Deliver budgeted financial results while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback and operational KPIs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, company policies and all applicable regulations.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR and other corporate departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Support talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement throughout the hotel.
     
Candidate profile:
 
The successful candidate will bring extensive operational experience within the hospitality industry, combined with strong leadership capabilities and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
 
A commercially minded and hands-on leader, capable of developing high-performing teams while maintaining a strong focus on service quality, operational excellence and business performance.
 
Experience
  • Minimum five years of leadership experience in hotel operations, ideally as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager or a similar senior operational role.
  • Previous experience within upscale or luxury hotels.
  • Experience within Marriott or another international hotel company will be highly valued.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong focus on guest experience and operational excellence.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance service quality and profitability.
