This role often involves tasks like annotating data, correcting machine translations, and providing feedback on AI-generated text in German. German AI Trainers may work on projects related to natural language processing, speech recognition, or machine learning, ensuring that AI technologies perform well for German-speaking users. They typically need strong language skills and some familiarity with AI concepts.

How does a German AI trainer typically collaborate with engineers and linguists during a project?

As a German AI Trainer, you will work closely with both software engineers and linguists to develop and refine AI language models. Engineers rely on your linguistic expertise and data annotations to improve model performance, while linguists may collaborate with you to ensure language accuracy and cultural relevance. Job description

About aiAvenu

aiAvenu is an AI-powered talent acquisition platform built for high-volume, multi-location hiring. Our platform pairs the Avenu applicant tracking system with Eva, a real-time, multilingual conversational AI interviewer (English, Spanish, French Canadian, and German). We help enterprise and franchise employers — across security services, food service, and multi-unit franchising — screen, engage, and hire faster while staying compliant.

Role Summary

The Client Relations Specialist is the day-to-day owner of the client experience after the sale. You'll onboard new accounts, guide clients through implementation, resolve issues quickly, and build the kind of trusted relationships that drive renewals, adoption, and expansion. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is equally comfortable configuring a platform, running a training session, and calming a frustrated stakeholder — often on the same day.

You'll work closely with Implementation, Product, and Sales, and report directly to the VP of Client Relations.

Compensation: $50,000 base annual salary plus performance base commission

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, from mid-market to enterprise and multi-location franchise operators.
  • Own client onboarding: configure Avenu workspaces, set up Eva interview flows, coordinate integrations (e.g., ADP, SMS/10DLC), and get new users productive quickly.
  • Deliver product training and enablement to hiring managers, recruiters, and location-level administrators.
  • Monitor account health, adoption, and usage; proactively flag risks and surface opportunities to expand.
  • Triage and resolve client issues, coordinating with Product and Engineering on escalations and following through to resolution.
  • Support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Gather and document client feedback, translating it into clear product and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate account records, notes, and status in internal systems.
  • Represent the client's voice internally and represent aiAvenu professionally in every client interaction.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years in client relations, customer success, account management, implementation, or a comparable client-facing role — ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and escalations.
  • Comfort learning and configuring software platforms; technically curious and quick to pick up new tools.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through across a portfolio of concurrent accounts.
  • A genuine service orientation and ownership mentality.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ATS, recruiting, or HR technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with high-volume or multi-location/franchise hiring environments (security, food service, retail, staffing).
  • Experience supporting integrations such as ADP, HRIS, or SMS/10DLC provisioning.
  • Bilingual capability (Spanish or French an asset given our multilingual client base).
Why aiAvenu
  • Join a fast-growing company at the intersection of AI and hiring, with marquee enterprise and franchise clients.
  • Direct impact and visibility — your work shapes how clients experience the platform every day.
  • A collaborative team that moves quickly and cares about getting the client experience right.
Salary : $50,000 per year
