Job Summary:
OVA.Work is a company specializing in voice technology, and they are seeking a Voice AI professional. The role involves building and optimizing voice agents, deploying them for various customer interactions, and ensuring the quality of AI-generated speech.
Responsibilities:
• Building and optimizing voice agents from scratch, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and ensuring low-latency processing of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
• Setting up workflow automations for lead qualification, booking appointments, and resolving customer support inquiries without human intervention.
• Providing emotional, accent, and conversational voice samples for training AI systems, or reviewing AI-generated speech to ensure it sounds authentic.
