What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an Electrical Trainer who will be responsible for teaching classes, evaluating results and conducting follow up audits after the initial training has been completed. In addition, the Electrical Trainer will be responsible for assisting in curriculum development and implementation strategies.

 

What you’ll be responsible for in this role: (list job duties/responsibilities)

  • Lead and conduct both lecture and hands-on learning activities for trainees including but not limited to basic electrical training, advanced electrical training, NEC training, torque training, production standards training
  • Completing and processing thorough evaluations that will be instrumental in the training process
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Scheduling and conducting recertification training
  • Act as key contact for the curriculum development process; this includes development of hands-on learning activities, reviewing curriculum for accuracy, providing feedback to course writers, and participating in review meetings
  • Conduct daily audits on the production floor to ensure the content and methods learned during training are accurately applied to our products

What are the basic qualifications? (must be quantifiable and verifiable)

  • Perfect safety record
  • 5+ years as an Electrical Worker 2
  • Previous experience assisting with new hire training
