Job description
The Opportunity:
You're an expert in analyzing geospatial and imagery intelligence and combining it with numerous other intelligence streams, but you don't want to just write reports or do the status quo. You want to interact directly with the teams that make an impact. You want to be a part of a team that enables action. We're looking for you, an analyst who can provide geospatial analysis enhanced by human, signals, and open-source intelligence steams, and is adept at leveraging big data and modernized analytical methodologies.
You will have the opportunity to understand the needs of your end customers and provide them with meaningful insights to deliver effective solutions, potentially traveling to meet them in their own spaces to find the best way to support possible. Using tools like ArcGIS, QT Modeler, RemoteView, and SocetGXP, you will take data from multiple sources and tease out trends to inform decision makers behind military operations and policy analysis. You will also have opportunities to expand your skills with technical training to build your own tool kit and learn new technologies like Python scripting and JEMA modeling or leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) methodologies. Whether working individually or as a team, your support to critical and emerging operations will provide you with the continuous insight and feedback from those who depend the most on your products and analysis. This position is located in Springfield, VA. The position will work on a 4-to-6-month rotation that will deploy to a forward location, be it CONUS or OCONUS, based on mission needs.
Join us. The world can't wait.
