Leidos' Defense Systems Quality Program is seeking a Program Quality Analyst to join our team.

  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Must have EPLM experience for uploading documents.
  • Work with configuration management to ensure CDRL deliverable records are properly screened for contract compliance for pre delivery review with the Government customer.
  • Create reporting metrics for the program level reporting requirements and traceability for the mission assurance team.
  • Work with PM Quality for deliverable reports.
  • Work with the MES team on the Power BI reporting tool to ensure program scope and contractual compliance.
  • Create, Review and update operating procedures in continuity with the programs teams and mission assurance requirements scope.
  • Attend, conduct, and create presentations on behalf of the Mission assurance team for both the Program Management team and the government customer
  • Create reporting metrics on Non conformances and format for customer delivery.
  • Participate and help coordinate internal, external, and 3rd party audits to include AS9100 and AS6500 requirements standards.
  • Work as an integrated member of the Quality program team alongside Engineering and Program Management as a representative of the Mission Assurance group and the Quality Management System.
  • Additional duties as required by the Program Quality management team.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • The Candidate must have a BS degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience or Master with 2-6 years of relevant experience. (In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma/GED or equivalent education and 10 years of relevant Quality experience will be considered).
  • Must be able to solve complex problems, relate with other team members, and communicate with multiple levels of management and customer teams.
  • Must have the ability and communication skills to conduct both in person and virtual based meetings with customers and management.
  • Working Knowledge of the Windchill/ Agile EPLM programs.
  • Solumina and Solumina based data compilation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Mini Tab, & JMP data analytic programs
  • Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 Standards and requirements.
  • Candidates must have user knowledge in various computer based Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Automate, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, JMP, and Mini Tab etc.
  • Applicants must be able to work full-time with minimal supervision and adjust priorities based on workflow to meet program based requirements deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area at their own expense.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess a (and be able to maintain) Secret Clearance
