The program will support US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida.
This position is contingent upon contract award
This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain geospatial databases, mapping products, and GIS-enabled analytical tools to support UAS/sUAS threat analysis, targeting, and operational planning requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including database schemas, metadata standards, data dictionaries, and geospatial product specifications in support of program requirements.
  • Conduct geospatial analysis, terrain analysis, and pattern of life assessments to evaluate UAS/sUAS operational environments, flight corridors, threat activity, and adversary network movements.
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, intelligence analysts, data scientists, and government stakeholders to define geospatial data requirements and ensure GIS solutions align with operational needs and mission objectives.
  • Support the integration of geospatial data layers, remote sensing imagery, and GIS-enabled tools into UAS/sUAS detection systems, ISR platforms, and command and control architectures.
  • Develop and produce geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces and the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured geospatial data from multiple sources, including satellite imagery, aerial photography, sensor data, and open-source mapping platforms, to develop actionable intelligence insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain relational and non-relational databases to store, manage, and retrieve geospatial and intelligence data in support of ongoing and projected analytical requirements.
  • Support the development and review of technical proposals, white papers, and geospatial assessments related to GIS applications in UAS/sUAS operations, counter-UAS efforts, and intelligence production.

Qualifications:
  • Four years of experience performing HUMINT related operations while serving in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center or Combatant Command, or, a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Collection Management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of GEOINT programs and analysis.
  • Shall possess expert-level skills and proficiency using analytic tools and databases including Multimedia Message Manager (M3), GoogleEarth, ArcGIS Geographic Information System, and other related databases.
  • Expert knowledge of applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analysis, and integrate complex information related to GEOINT analysis.
