Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Spring, FL that is seeking a Data/Business Analyst with Engineering.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting consumer intelligence and segmentation strategies
* Build and manage datasets within Snowflake, including creating and maintaining tables and optimizing performance
* Translate business strategy into technical logic, SQL development, and audience segmentation frameworks
* Develop reusable, well-documented processes that improve speed, quality, and scalability
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to convert insights into activation-ready cohorts
* Support production work while also building long-term, repeatable data solutions
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Snowflake Cortex) to improve development efficiency, QA, and automation
* Contribute to building an -AI-first- data culture by identifying opportunities for prompt engineering and automation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field
* Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience developing complex queries and transformations
* Experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud data warehouse technologies
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
* Experience working with healthcare data, specifically Epic Clarity (required) and Caboodle (preferred)
* Strong data analytics foundation, including cohort development, segmentation, and data interpretation
* Experience presenting insights and working closely with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Epic certification (highly preferred)
* Experience with Epic Cheers (nice to have)
* Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing activation strategies
* Understanding of email marketing concepts and audience targeting
* Exposure to data science concepts (e.g., propensity modeling, scoring frameworks)
* Experience using AI tools to enhance development workflows and code quality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
