We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Developer to join a growing team focused on building and supporting enterprise data solutions across a large multi-location business environment. This role will partner closely with product, business, and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions that support critical business operations. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support enterprise ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data pipelines.
  • Participate in modern data transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven development practices and automation.
  • Follow established software development and security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolution efforts when needed.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to processes, architecture, and operational support.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical integration processes and data workflows.
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members across multiple locations and time zones.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in database and data integration development.
  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT technologies, including Microsoft SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Advanced SQL development skills and experience working with relational database systems.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve development efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in large-scale retail, consumer products, distribution, or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience integrating data across multiple database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with API and messaging-based integrations, including REST, SOAP, and publish/subscribe architectures.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid data environments.
