UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Business Analyst in Santa Rosa, CA.
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:
Department: Sales
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
FLSA Status: Full Time/ Exempt
Purpose
The primary responsibility of this position is to support sales by providing both pre and post sales analysis. Pre-sales support involves conducting business technology assessments (BTA's) and workflow analysis at potential and existing customer sites. This is a team selling position that will have you working with all sales reps at your respective marketplace. Post-sales support involves helping the sales representatives with BTA findings, Recommendations, deliverables, proposal, and presentations.
Responsibilities
  • Daily sales and office support
  • Meeting with decision makers/managers and employees of potential and existing customers
  • Compiling all data needed for analysis
  • Creating spreadsheets, drawings and cost analysis
  • Printing and binding presentations
  • Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for Technologies, Site Services such as Copy Center, Fleet, and Logistic Services
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Become a subject matter expert in our technologies and tool sets i.e., Predictive Insights
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of sales and or management
  • Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
  • Prepare incident details for root cause analysis and incident reviews
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
  • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all policies and processes

Qualifications
