This role is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions. • Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring an evidence-based approach to therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about the latest research in mental health.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a myriad of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients often come from underserved backgrounds and require compassionate, effective care pathways that you will help design and implement. • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficient understanding of ethical and legal standards within the counseling profession.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software is preferred.

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
