We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional team and are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Lot Attendant/Valet to join our dynamic service team. As a Dealer Trade Driver/Valet at Genesis of Portland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. This is a customer-facing position – You will be responsible for greeting customers, parking and retrieving vehicles, Delivering customer courtesy vehicles and picking up customer cars for service, as well as providing support to our service department.

Dealer Trade Driver/Valet Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the service area
  • Assist customers with parking and retrieving their vehicles
  • Ensure the service drive and customer waiting areas are clean and orderly
  • Pick up cars and deliver courtesy cars to customers at their residences
  • Deliver vehicles to customers following service appointments
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or other dealership personnel

Schedule: This is a part-time, on call position

Dealer Trade Driver/Valet Qualifications
