Responsibilities
Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs bydeterminingthe best products and solutions.
Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccuratesales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer salescallsfor general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM)systemand phonesystem.
Qualifications
0-3years of sales and/or customer service experience ispreferred.
Experience in plumbingor other trades is a plus.
Prior experience with Salesforce and Genesis phone systems is preferred.
Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
Proventrack recordof responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisionsin a timely manner.
Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
Highlymotivated andcustomerservice orientedmentality withabilityto build relationships is a plus.
General digitalliteracyincluding Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
