Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AgentForce Developer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous agents using Salesforce AgentForce while leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and the Trust Layer.
This role requires deep knowledge of all key components of Salesforce AgentForce and a solid understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, prompt engineering, AI governance, and enterprise-grade AI architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce AgentForce Development:
  • Design and build AI-powered agents using Salesforce AgentForce
  • Configure and manage:
    Agent Builder
    • Topics
    • Actions (Flow, Apex, API-based)
    • Prompt Templates
    • Channels & deployment configurations
  • Implement end-to-end agent workflows integrating Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
  • Develop custom Apex logic and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend agent capabilities
  • Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Generative & Agentic AI Implementation:
  • Design and implement generative AI solutions using Prompt Builder and LLM integrations
  • Apply prompt engineering best practices for performance, tone, safety, and accuracy
  • Architect agentic workflows involving reasoning, multi-step task execution, and decision-making
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns where applicable
  • Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance using Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer
  • Optimize AI model performance and response evaluation
Architecture & Governance
  • Define scalable AI architecture within Salesforce ecosystem
  • Implement data governance and security policies for AI-driven workflows
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Business Stakeholders
  • Follow DevOps best practices using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AgentForce implementation
  • Strong knowledge of: Agent Builder; Topics & Actions; Prompt Builder; Einstein AI; Salesforce Flows; Apex & LWC; Salesforce APIs; Data Cloud; Einstein Trust Layer
  • Solid understanding of: Generative AI concepts; Large Language Models (LLMs); Agentic AI frameworks; Prompt engineering; RAG architecture; AI safety & governance; Model evaluation techniques
  • Required Certifications (Mandatory) - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II; Salesforce AI Specialist; Salesforce AgentForce Specialist; Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant; Salesforce Application or System Architect; AI/ML certification from recognized institutions (e.g., AWS AI Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional ML Engineer)
  • Must have knowledge of Apex & Lightning Web Components (LWC); Flows & Automation; REST API Integrations; Prompt Engineering; Generative AI Architecture; Agentic Workflow Design
  • CI/CD & DevOps (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps); JSON, JavaScript, Python
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
