Capgemini is seeking an AI Associate (+ SAP ) Consultant to join our growing SAP practice.   In this role, you will help organizations modernize business processes by embedding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into SAP environments using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP DataSphere.

You will work alongside experienced SAP architects, and business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive automation, improve decision-making, and create measurable business value. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career consultant passionate about SAP, AI, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.    One should learn and develop the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in applications consulting, primarily learning an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution. Flexibility and versatility should be demonstrated in meeting objectives, and one should be able to manage workload and update management on task progress. Certification: One must be working toward or have achieved certification on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology.

Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Your Role
  • Support the design, development, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions within SAP landscapes.
  • Assist in identifying business use cases and opportunities for AI adoption across enterprise processes.
  • Configure and support SAP AI capabilities, including AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and DataSphere.
  • Participate in the installation, setup, and configuration of SAP Dev Cockpit and Copilot technologies.
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to support forecasting, classification, optimization, and predictive analytics use cases.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate AI capabilities with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and other SAP applications.
  • Support data preparation, governance, model monitoring, and performance optimization activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative SAP AI solutions.
  • Participate in testing, solution validation, deployment, and post-production support activities.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, SAP innovations, and industry best practices.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with SAP technologies, AI/ML solutions, analytics, or enterprise applications.
  • Foundational understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Exposure to SAP AI technologies such as AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP DataSphere.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, data analytics, and predictive modeling.
  • Knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), or related functional areas.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred 

  • Experience/ Exposure to Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Chatbots, or Conversational AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP Joule and SAP Conversational AI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of data engineering, integration, or analytics solutions.
  • SAP certifications a plus. 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:  $43,984- $127,600

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
