Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female In Home Caregiver (HCA/CNA) to provide exceptional care for clients in the Nine Mile Falls area. This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality care in a home setting, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients during 7-hour shifts. Responsibilities
  • Provide daily personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor client’s health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or family members.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
  • Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of care provided during 7-hour shifts.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States, in accordance with the state’s home care aide certification regulations.
  • Certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
