  • Leadership by example to all team members and managers
  • Provide excellent employment experience for team members and managers
  • Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
  • Train and demonstrate company standards to all team members and managers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Manage equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
