We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong teams, and takes ownership of results. As General Manager, you will run the business as if it were your own - overseeing operations, people, profitability, guest experience, and community presence.

What You'll Do

Operations & Leadership

  • Lead daily front-of-house, back-of-house, and drive-thru operations
  • Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and positivity
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high standards

Financial Performance

  • Own full P&L responsibility
  • Control food cost, labor %, and inventory shrink
  • Drive sales growth through execution and local marketing

People Development

  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members
  • Build future leaders and reduce turnover
  • Schedule effectively to balance service and labor goals

Guest Experience

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years restaurant management experience (QSR strongly preferred)
  • Proven success managing P&L, COGS, and labor
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable working in high-volume environments
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • High standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
