Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support our structural steel fabrication shop. This role assists with material handling, shop cleanup, and general tasks to keep production running smoothly.


Responsibilities:

  • Move, stage, and organize steel materials.
  • Assist fitters, welders, and machine operators with parts and tools.
  • Perform basic prep work such as grinding, cleaning, or deburring steel.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop and yard areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fabrication shop or industrial environment preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Willingness to learn shop tools, equipment, and fabrication processes.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

Monday - Friday, overtime scheduled on Friday as needed.
6:30am - 5:00pm
