Summary

The primary objective of this position is to provide support in various areas of the dining room and the servery line. This is an entry level position with no previous experience required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Set-up and tear-down salad bar, dessert station, condiments, coffee, drinks and waffle bar.
  • Responsible for stocking all beverages, cereal, utensils, cups and bowls throughout meal periods.
  • Understand operation of drink machines, waffle equipment and soft serve machines.
  • Assist in assembling products to be prepared for meal service.
  • Replenish various food products in food stations.
  • Break down, clean and sanitize server and kitchen prep areas.
  • Follow proper portion control.
  • Dining room tasks include preparing setup and clearing of dining room tables for each meal
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
