Job description

Shift: 3:30 PM-2:30 AMHourly Rate: $19.11 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

At our Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, we're producing Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities:

  • You will operate all different machines and equipment. Along with monitoring and troubleshooting the production equipment, you will be supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow. You will help to perform product checks to ensure quality for our consumers. You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards. Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.

  • This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.

  • Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.

  • Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.

Physical Requirements: Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials. Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
