Job description

We are seeking a polished, guest-obsessed, dynamic General Manager with a commanding yet welcoming presence to lead our high-end dining concept. You will set the standard for uncompromising excellence, orchestrating sophisticated service flow, mentoring a dedicated hospitality team, and driving profitability while preserving our uncompromising brand prestige.

Candidates will have a strong foundation in fine dining, steps of service and leadership.

Daily Responsibilities

 

  •  Maintain a commanding, graceful presence on the dining floor during service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury hospitality standards.
  •  Cultivate meaningful relationships with regular patrons, VIPs, and critics while resolving any service discrepancies in real time.
  •  Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless communication, synchronized timing, and absolute harmony between the kitchen and dining room.
  •  Own the operating budget, track labor percentages, control prime costs, and analyze P&L statements to maximize financial performance without sacrificing quality.
  •  Recruit, train, and inspire a world-class front-of-house staff, establishing rigorous standards for table etiquette, wine service, and product knowledge.
  •  Oversee luxury wine, spirits, and tableware inventories, conducting precise audits and minimizing operational waste.
  • All other duties assigned.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in fine dining, luxury hotel food and beverage.
  • Exceptional wine and spirits acumen, with advanced beverage certification or deep sommelier-level familiarity preferred.
  • Advanced financial literacy, including proven competence with P&L accountability, labor matrix optimization, and forecasting tools.
  • Immaculate personal presentation, articulate communication skills, and high emotional intelligence under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
