The Pizza Press is looking for a General Manager to lead one of our fast-paced, build-your-own pizza restaurants. This is not just a “run the shift” role—we’re looking for a leader who can own the business, develop a strong team, and drive results.

What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including people, operations, and performance.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers consistent, high-quality service
  • Own daily operations: labor, food cost, throughput, and execution
  • Hire, train, and hold team members accountable to brand standards
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture built on energy and accountability
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence at all times
