The Opportunity
The Resort General Manager is the senior leader and driving force behind the overall success of Buckeye Ranch RV Resort.
You'll lead the resort's people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance, ensuring the property consistently reflects CRR Hospitality's standards and culture.
This role requires a leader who can move comfortably betweenbig-picture strategy and daily operations - someone who can review a P&L, coach a leader, connect with guests, and jump in to solve a problem when needed.
You'll be highly visible throughout the resort, know your people, understand your business, and set the tone for the entire property.
What You'll Lead
People & Culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Resort Operations
  • Oversee all day-to-day resort operations.
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, safety, service, and property presentation.
  • Ensure CRR Hospitality and brand standards are consistently met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the guest and associate experience.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Own the resort's financial performance and annual operating budget.
  • Monitor revenue, occupancy, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
  • Develop strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term value.
Guest Experience
  • Champion exceptional service and build genuine guest relationships.
  • Remain visible and engaged throughout the resort.
  • Address guest concerns with urgency, professionalism, and good judgment.
Talent & Development
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and develop talented associates.
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
Sales, Marketing & Community
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resort visibility.
  • Support events, programming, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships within the local community.
Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proactively identify and address operational, safety, and compliance risks.
  • Foster a culture where safety and accountability are everyone's responsibility.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
  • Previous General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or similar environment strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple departments.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, and operating expenses.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality operations.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and turn strategy into action.
