Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Own day-to-day operational execution across all field divisions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction at every touchpoint, while proactively identifying gaps and driving continuous process improvement across all service lines.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for each department; translate data into actionable decisions and hold teams accountable for results.
  • Ensure all work in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial meets or exceeds applicable local, state, and federal code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Uphold OSHA safety standards, environmental compliance, and company safety procedures across all divisions and job sites.

Financial Management

  • Carry full P&L ownership across all divisions; manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth aligned with company targets.
  • Oversee material costs, vendor relationships, and pricing integrity to protect margin across all trade lines.
  • Provide leadership with regular operational and financial reporting; flag risks and opportunities proactively.

Team Development & Accountability

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews with direct reports; coach to strengths and address performance gaps directly.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and customer focus throughout all field and support teams.
  • Lead weekly operational meetings and participate in leadership huddles, training initiatives, and company planning sessions.

Growth & Expansion

  • Lead the operational buildout of Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial divisions, including staffing, workflows, tooling, and compliance requirements specific to each trade.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop division-level business plans and growth strategies.
  • Identify scalable systems, technology, and vendor partnerships that support multi-trade expansion.

Customer Experience

  • Set and maintain a high standard for customer experience across all divisions; personally own escalated service issues and ensure resolution.
  • Partner with service and install managers to close the loop on customer feedback and eliminate recurring failure points.

Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home service or trade operations; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or multi-trade backgrounds strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and track record of managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and manage KPI frameworks and make data-driven operational decisions.
  • Proven success in developing managers and building high-performing, accountable field teams.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable field service management software.

Preferred

  • Experience leading operational expansion into new trades or markets, particularly standing up a new service line or department from the ground up.
  • Background in residential and commercial service environments.
  • Familiarity with Arkansas contractor licensing requirements and regional compliance standards.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based, with regular visits to job sites, branch locations, and active work areas across all divisions. Site visits may require entering attics, crawlspaces, and other confined or non-climate-controlled areas, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and other seasonal outdoor conditions. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move safely around active jobsites, including new construction and commercial environments.
