Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in Medical Devices to oversee Manufacturing Quality projects for a Medical Device company, ensuring regulatory compliance.  The perfect candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication between stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing and managing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. 
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Leading and coordinating teams from various departments (engineering, regulatory, quality, marketing, etc.). 
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress and managing expectations. 
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the project adheres to relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they stay within the allocated budget. 
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation. 

Typical Tasks:

  • Leading project team meetings.
  • Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.
