Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily restaurant operations, maintaining seamless service and a superior dining environment.
  • Supports the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager in executing restaurant policies, procedures, and achieving goals.

  • Assists with scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborates with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
  • Develops and manages beverage programs within the restaurant's operational framework.
  • Oversees performance and training of service and management staff in accordance with restaurant standards.

  • Maintains high-quality standards for food, beverage, service, facilities, and guest satisfaction.
  • Communicates effectively across all levels of staff and guest interactions.

  • Provides expert wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of Fine Dining experience
  • Certified Sommelier, preferred
  • Deep knowledge of wine regions, varieties, and food pairings
  • Must have refined skills in public relations
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Must have knowledge of POS Systems, OpenTable etc.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
