This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Learn daily branch operations and company procedures.
  • Help achieve sales, revenue, and operational goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist with fleet management, vehicle inventory, and logistics.
  • Support employee training, scheduling, and team development.
  • Maintain high standards for vehicle quality and branch appearance.
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring and hands-on management experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service, sales, or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership potential.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to advance into management.
