Quality Trusted Commercial is launching a new commercial roofing operation in the Indianapolis market and is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead it.

This is a hybrid leadership role that combines branch management, business development, and production oversight. The General Manager will be responsible for building relationships, growing revenue, managing projects, and establishing a strong local presence for our brand. You will play a critical role in taking an emerging Indianapolis operation from start-up mode to a stable, profitable market.

Your Role

  • Launch and grow a new Indianapolis roofing branch with full P&L responsibility
  • Drive new business development through local relationships and sales activity
  • Manage current and future client accounts to expand service and re-roof opportunities
  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including estimating, production, scheduling, and project execution
  • Build and lead a local team as the branch scales
  • Partner with the Chicago branch for initial service support while Indianapolis builds internal capacity
  • Establish systems, processes, and safety standards that align with company expectations
  • Deliver strong financial performance through disciplined margin and cost management
